W Café

W Café

I wouldn’t usually opt for the shopping centre sit-down coffee experience and I am sure there are a number of you who would agree. Sure, it can be a handy rest for your aching feet during Christmas shopping and yes, the coffee might supply you with the necessary fuel to get that last present you forgot about, but otherwise no.

Ah, until now, that is. I have good news – there is a handsome reward for braving the mall masses. It comes in a cup and is waiting for you at W Café.

It is all-African and it is delicious and they sum it up perfectly.

Rich, strong & dark: Africa’s meanest beans. Our coffee is 100% organic and 100% African intense in flavour and exquisitely aromatic, our coffees are all made from pure Arabica beans, sourced from environmentally responsible producers who use approved farming methods. You have these good guys to thank for kicking your day into gear.

I tried a Tanzanian and Ethiopian blend and was blown away. But we would expect nothing less from Woolies and their coffee supplier Tribeca. It’s also a given that the coffee would meet great expectations considering they have this years National Barista Champ, Ishan Natalie on the scene.

You don’t need to travel far as there are a number of W Cafés dotted around the country. They also have a W Café To Go at the new Cape Town airport, which means that flight delays can now be a good thing.

Visit to here to find a W Café in your area.

I look so forward to doing my weekly Woolies grocery shop so I can spoil myself to a skinny cappuccino – makes the shopping so worthwhile and enjoyable :)

Lol, I live at that W Cafe, seeing that I live so close to Constantia Village. The cappuccino’s there are fabulous. I often get cute ‘bunny art’ on them too. Love it that they are organic too.

I love the fact that w cafe are in smaller places like George and East London. Loving their coffee carts too. Not into flavoured coffees but their gingerbread latte is excellent.

Organic’s worth every penny spent. For more organic treasures I always shop on this website – globalorganiccoffee.com -, aussie (a bit far from home:. Brazil) but well worth it !!
